Pet Cremation Options & Guarantees
What are the different options for aftercare?
We offer a number of aftercare options to suit your family's wishes, beliefs, and circumstances.
🐾 Private and individual cremation with ashes returned to you
🐾 Communal cremation with no ashes returned
🐾 Home burial, noting that council rules vary by area
🐾 You are also welcome to make your own aftercare arrangements
What is the difference between communal and private cremation?
Please know that there is no right or wrong choice here. The decision you make does not reflect the depth of your love. Your love is not measured by the type of cremation you choose or the amount you spend. It is reflected in the years of care, devotion, quiet moments, and memories you shared together. Every family's circumstances, beliefs, and needs are different, and whatever you choose will always be met with understanding, compassion, and respect.
🌿 Communal Cremation
With communal cremation, your beloved pet is gently cremated alongside other cherished companions. Their ashes are then respectfully scattered and laid to rest within the crematorium's peaceful memorial gardens.
While their ashes are not returned home with this option, many families find comfort in knowing their pet is resting in a beautiful and tranquil space created especially for remembrance. The memorial gardens remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so you can visit, reflect, and feel close to them whenever your heart needs it.
🌿 Private and Individual Cremation
With private and individual cremation, your pet is cremated privately and individually, and this is guaranteed. Their ashes are carefully collected and returned to you in a vessel of your choice, and personally delivered back to your home by our team.
Do you guarantee that I will receive my own pet's ashes back?
Yes. Pets Eternal guarantees that you will receive your own pet's ashes and only your pet’s ashes when you choose private and individual cremation. If you have any questions or would like further information about this, please do not hesitate to reach out.
